A few tips to always consider on finish work and paneling👇

• Pick a control line early (usually floor or ceiling) and reference everything off it
• Keep reveals consistent—don’t eyeball, set them with spacers or a story pole
• Plan where joints and transitions land before anything is installed
• Check framing first—if the walls aren’t straight, your finish work never will be
• Dry fit critical pieces so you’re not adjusting on the fly
• Think about sight lines—what lines up when you walk into the room matters more than isolated details
• Use levels and lasers constantly, not just at the start
• Don’t stack tolerances—small errors compound fast

Speed run completion in less than a day 👇

Maybe not quite as fast as this reel makes it look, but when it comes to roofing our crew knows how to move.

The process starts with removing the old shingles and exposing the decking so everything can be inspected and properly prepped. Damaged sections of are cut out and replaced, and the ridge is re-opened where needed to ensure proper ventilation for the new system.

From there the crew installs the waterproofing layers and underlayment that protect the structure - followed by new flashing details. Around the chimney we cut reglets into the masonry so copper flashing can be properly set into the brick and sealed, directing water away from one of the most vulnerable areas of the roof.

Once prep work is complete, the new roofing system goes on: starter courses, installation of GAF Timberline shingles, and the finishing details that tie everything together along the ridges and edges.

The end result is a fully replaced roof that’s properly sealed, ventilated, and built to protect the home for years to come.

Projects like this are able to be completed in just one day thanks to big teams the great partners and crews we work with. Having the manpower, coordination, and a tightly run system of skilled tradespeople makes all the difference.
