Here's what we offer (all manual labor services – no licenses needed):
Lawn Mowing & Basic Turf Care: Mowing, edging, and blowing clippings off hardscapes.
Yard Trimming & Pruning: Trimming grass/overgrowth, light shrub pruning (under 10ft), and hand weeding.
Debris & Leaf Management: Raking/removing leaves, needles, and storm debris; yard waste hauling.
Gutter Cleanup: Clearing debris from gutters/downspouts, flushing for drainage (1-2 story homes).
Other Yard Tasks: General cleanup, manual aeration, seasonal prep (dethatching, bed edging).
Deck Painting: Fresh coats to protect and beautify your decks (basic prep and paint application).
Misc. Tasks available upon request. Call for free quote.
Pricing Guidelines (billed at a minimum $125/hour to reflect the hard manual labor – quotes are free!):
Hourly Rate: $125–$150 (for custom or one-time jobs).
Per-Visit (based on lot size; includes travel within central Coos):
Small lot (1/2 acre): $225–$300+.
Gutter Cleanup: $200–$350 per home (bi-annual recommended).
Add-Ons: Trimming/weeding $50–$75;
Leaf/debris removal $75–$150; Hauling $50–$100; Deck painting $200–$400 (depending on size/prep).
Packages: Weekly mowing contract (20 visits): $2,000–$3,000/season (15% off!); Gutter + cleanup bundle: $300–$450.
Seniors, Veterans, and annual contracts get 10–15% discounts.
