It took 45 loads of clay to get this 70x90 house pad ready to go. This week we will finish up the driveway and waterline installation!

The ice storm broke the tops of several trees in this space and the area became very thick with invasive privet, honeysuckle, and vines.

We cleared and forestry mulched the area so the homeowner can start over with new planting!

Sometimes a little forestry mulching is necessary to clean up the edge of the woods and give the large mature trees some breathing room!

Sometimes folks have an idea of what they want to do in their backyard, but it’s just hard to see what it can be because of all the trees and brush.

Selectively taking out the smaller and undesirable tree species opens up the area enough to where you can actually think about what’s next!

That’s exactly what we did for this Joelton property owner!

At the base of this hill is a cool large rock feature that could not be seen because the area was so overgrown, also, a substantial amount of water runoff had been encroaching on the new house.

The solution here was to clear and forestry mulch the trees, then cut in a swale to divert the runoff towards the existing drainage ditch and away from the home!

This property in Ashland City was completely overgrown for years and had an old mobile home on it.

Squatters had moved in with illicit drugs infecting the community.

We forestry mulched the lot, demolished the home,hauled off the debris,and cleaned out the existing barn!

We picked the perfect week for hand digging a ditch ha ha
