Keeping a clean job site makes the project move efficiently and helps the new homeowner have confidence in the builder. The foundation of this new build was a mess yesterday. We cleaned out all the spoils and loose dirt around the footings and piers. It is now ready for block and gravel in the crawl space!

I’m taking a quick time out from our work photos to support a small business.

Wyatt and I recently had a chance to go fishing in Panama City. My friend Captain John Vann with Last Local Guide Service had an opening in his schedule and the weather cooperated finally for the first time in years.

It was an epic trip for us. My son has never been fishing offshore and I just knew if the weather was right, we would have a great time and we absolutely did! Now he’s spoiled because he caught three red snapper over 30 inches which is trophy size!

Captain Vann has an extensive knowledge of the waters and makes the trip enjoyable for everyone. He knows the proper way to handle the Fish with care to keep them alive after the catch.

This is the view from the top of a pond dam at a new construction home.

The area was full of blowdowns from the recent storms, as well as,debris from the previous owner. We removed all the trash and metal from the area and forestry mulched all the blown over trees, privet, and invasives for a fresh new look!
