🚧 BACKYARD DRAINAGE PROJECT 🚧

💧 The Problem:
A heavily saturated backyard with clay and pooling water.

🔨 The Solution:
We excavated the area creating a drainage bowl with a trench at the bottom. We installed 4" drain tile, backfilled with cobbles, then finished with topsoil.

🚛 Material handling:
The S1600 and Kubota KX033-4 was a great fit for the tight access, allowing us to bring in and spread material directly into the work area.

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our equipment setup. The new to us Ford F450 truck and the 28 foot Retco trailer are handling the weight exceptionally well, which gives us great confidence in our hauling capacity moving forward. This setup is going to be a major game changer for our operations heading into next year.

This was taken a few days ago big moves as we got a bobcat 770 on site to assist with moving the material so we can prep for the clients plans of a rock laid river bed ai rendering in the comments

🌿 Vegetation Management | 300' × 100' Slope

Another challenging project completed by Lobdell Services!

This 300' × 100' area featured a 30–40% slope with a 20' elevation change. The site consisted mainly of sumac, crabapple, a large pine, and heavy overgrowth.

We mulched what we could, removed stumps and larger limbs, and stacked the remaining debris into a burn pile for the customer.

Our new steel tracks made a major difference on this project, providing significantly improved traction and stability while traversing the steep slope and allowing us to work more confidently in difficult terrain.

Another property cleaned up and made more manageable. 💪
