Yesterday, during a jobsite operation, a transformer fire occurred. NYSEG crews responded promptly to resolve the issue while we were on site. We were pleased to assist by utilizing our KX033-4 compact excavator to transport the new 350-pound unit down to the pole from the road, where saturated soil conditions posed a challenge, and the alternative option would have been walking by hand.
