Latest one done. This one was a cool design, tile on the ceiling that wraps down to the top of the shower. Lower curb, niche is all mitered so no trim. Then installed shower doors when it was finished.

Another one for the books as well, been a little busy lately. This one got all new laminate flooring throughout most of the house, shoe mould installed and painted to match. Complete demo on the master bathroom, made the shower bigger, added a double bowl vanity, light fixture, made texture match on ceiling and walls, painted. Backsplash in the kitchen, tile floor in kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Painted the back porch to make it look better, painted fireplace and mantel. Painted garage doors to make them look like new, new porch lights out front as well.

Before/ after of tearing out 1,650 square feet of luxury vinyl plank, removing all baseboards, scraping and painting them. Then installed nail down bamboo flooring, replaced baseboards, and painted again. What a difference this makes in the house!

My latest project I've been working on, getting this outdated house a little updating. Got rid of the ugly linoleum in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry area and laid some matte marble look 12x24 tile. Cut out the old formica backsplash and put in a nice 3x6 beveled tile with grout to accent the countertop. Then got rid of the tiny, ugly shower in the master bathroom, took out the false wall and false ceiling. Made it about a foot in a half wider, a foot taller, relocated the drain, and installed a new valve for the shower. Just waiting on the homeowner to pick out the tile.

Latest bathroom remodel on a brand new house. The homeowners did not like how bad of a job the tile was before, plus having a tub in the master bath. So I got rid of it, got rid of the linen closet, and came up with this 7 foot by 3.5 foot shower. Took the door out and re-framed the doorway and other wall to get an extra 4 inches of width. Then finished all the drywall on the walls and ceiling. Added a shower valve and head to both sides, custom built niche and came up with this beast.

This bathroom looks like something out of a magazine and isn't even done. Huge shower, nearly 50 square feet of floor tile in it. Custom cut granite for the niche and threshold. Mitered cuts around the window and niche instead of trim. 2 different colors of grout. Floor wraps up to the wall. Definitely my favorite shower of the year.

Week 1 progress on this beast. Built the nice, waterproofed the shower, and laid durock in the bathroom and laundry room. Then laid all the floor tile in the bathroom. This shower is 8 feet wide, 6 feet deep and will have a tub in it when it's said and done. Also has a custom 35 inch by 18 inch niche.

Weedeated, pressure washed, and then painted 250 feet worth of fence. Looks so much better black. Also painted the mailbox black, and did a custom paint job on the address plate to make it really pop. Love the difference this makes.
