The Locksmith Co was in Madisonville Kentucky to fix this 2005 Neon. Another locksmith had been called to make keys and ended up damaging the vehicle. They even came by while we were still diagnosing the issue to harass our locksmith and tell us we had messed it up. Turns out they used a cheap tool and messed up the ECU coding.
