These pictures are of a shipping container we own. This section is not heated (however the back is) and at 1 inch thick moisture does pe*****te through to form condensation and frost. This is why it is important to apply foam to the minimum depth of 2 inches when creating a moisture barrier. This phenomenon is also the exact reason we will not do flash and batt insulation as that method creates a moisture and mold trap in our climate.

We often get asked if we can spray in winter. The short answer is is yes given certain conditions can be met.

This job we sprayed the lid and crawlspace when it was above freezing then used heaters inside the house to complete the walls when the outside temp was around 20 degrees.
