Efficient Homes LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Year-Round Insulation & Snow Removal Technician to join our growing team in Cook, MN!
āļø Spring/Summer/Fall: Install spray foam and fiberglass insulation, work on residential and commercial projects, operate equipment, and keep job sites clean and professional.
āļø Winter: Operate plow trucks/loaders, plow driveways and parking lots, perform snow removal, and respond to snow eventsāincluding early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
What weāre looking for:
ā
Valid driverās license & reliable transportation
ā
Clean driving record
ā
Able to lift 50+ lbs
ā
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, and winter weather
ā
Dependable and willing to work hard
ā
Able to work independently
ā
Takes pride in their work and cares for company equipment
Experience in construction, insulation, equipment operation, or snow plowing is a plus, but NOT required. Weāre willing to train the right person!
