Proud to be part of another project helping shape downtown Conway. Our team at Fureigh Heavy Construction is honored to help bring the Court Street Alleyway Improvement Project to life. We appreciate the City of Conway for the opportunity and look forward to seeing this space transformed!
Fureigh Heavy Construction crews are pouring the foundations for the front façade of the Court Street Alleyway Improvement Project.
The project is located within the city block bordered by Oak, Court, Main, and Chestnut streets, with alleyway entrances accessible from each corridor. Nearby corner anchors include Brick & Forge Taproom, The Rogue Roundabout, Emerge, and Jenifer’s Antiques.
When complete, the project will include seating, parking, centralized sanitation receptacles, landscaping, public art, and lighting. These improvements are intended to improve downtown connectivity and create a more inviting public space for people walking between downtown businesses and other downtown destinations.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
