Congrats to the team at Riggs Cat and Nabholz Corporation!

Riggs Tractor Co. and Nabholz Construction on Friday placed the final steel beam inside the 160,000-square-foot Riggs Engine Rebuild Center in Little Rock.

The facility at 5415 S. Shackleford Road has a price tag of roughly $60 million and will create about 75 jobs, according to Riggs Chief Executive Officer George Cress. Riggs plans to begin operations at the location on April 1, Cress said.

BMB Creations - bakery two-phase renovation will add 4,000 square feet, beginning with a spacious bakery, lobby, commercial kitchen, and production space. The second phase will introduce additional seating, a bar, and a quiet area for studying or working.

The expanded space is designed to give customers even more room to connect, settle in, and enjoy everything BMB has to offer.

Rogers Group produces the aggregates and materials that help form the foundation of roads, buildings, and communities across the region.

For their Conway office renovation and addition, we wanted their work to become part of the architecture itself. The courtyard features large boulders excavated from a Rogers Group quarry, while the custom precast reception desk and exterior concrete panels showcase exposed aggregate made from their own products.

These details do more than add character to the space—they celebrate the materials Rogers Group produces and the work their team performs every day.

The Rogue Roundabout gave an existing downtown Conway building a new purpose—and created a new place for the community to come together. This adaptive reuse project brings the building’s original structure together with a mural wall, coffee shop, family-style dining, open kitchen, microbrewery, and private event space.

More than a renovation, Rogue Roundabout is an integral catalyst that contributes to the kind of placemaking that helps downtowns thrive, creating an inviting destination that encourages people to gather, connect, and spend time in the heart of Conway.
