It’s the details that really start bringing a project together.

We’ve been making great progress on this home addition, and this week we installed the 10x10 wood columns can trimmed the beams on the new covered outdoor kitchen.

The size of the columns combined with the exposed wood ceiling and gable detail really gives this space the scale and character we were looking for. Once everything is stained and the remaining finishes are complete, this is going to be an incredible area for the homeowners to enjoy.

One of the things we enjoy most about addition and renovation projects is finding ways to make the new space feel like it was always supposed to be part of the home—not simply something that was added later.

More to come on this one as we get closer to the finish line.

This one is going to be fun to see finished.

We’re making good progress on this detached garage project in Conway. The owners wanted something that would provide plenty of room for vehicles and toys today, while also giving them flexibility for how they may want to use the space in the future.

A few of the features we incorporated into the build:

🔹 Reinforced concrete designed to accommodate car lifts
🔹 Plenty of room for vehicles, storage and workspace

Projects like this are a great example of how a detached garage can be much more than just a place to park. Whether it's a workshop, space for a car collection, boat and ATV storage, or just some much-needed extra room, we can design and build it around how you plan to use it.

This home addition in Conway is coming along great! The amount of space this will add to their already great house will be significant. With paint starting this week it will easily be ready for fall BBQ's.

This home in West Little Rock recently received a new Malarkey Vista Class 4 roof.

The previous roof was an older three-tab system that was around 17–18 years old and simply had reached the point where it was no longer going to properly protect the home long term.

The new architectural Class 4 system not only gives the home a cleaner updated appearance, but also provides significantly improved durability and impact resistance.

One thing we always try to communicate to homeowners is that not every roof replacement is about storm damage. Sometimes it is simply the right time to replace an aging system before problems begin.

I really like how this one turned out.

Roof replacement underway in West Little Rock today.

We’re installing a full Malarkey system on this one, starting with a complete tear-off and working our way back with proper underlayment, ventilation, and components throughout.

A lot of what makes a roof perform long-term isn’t what you see from the ground—it’s everything underneath.
