Tridium has started sharing details about Niagara 5, the next generation of the Niagara Framework.

Some of the upcoming enhancements include:

✔ Modernized user experience
✔ Enhanced security features
✔ Improved performance and scalability
✔ Mixed-version architecture support

While Niagara 5 is still on the horizon, now is the time to start evaluating your upgrade strategy.

One important thing to know: JACE-8000 hardware will not support Niagara 5.

The good news? Eligible JACE-8000 owners can take advantage of a limited-time JACE-9000 License Transfer Promotion, allowing them to move their existing Niagara license to a JACE-9000 without purchasing a new license.
