To do a roof and gutter installation correctly with integrity, is not a walk in the park. As a business that prides ouselves in doing it the right way. There are many steps to insure we are paying attention to every detail so we can get the most sevice life out of the Roofing system and gutters. I was on site for 4 days making sure we were giving it the attention it deserves. 1st step, diagnose the obvious damage. This is 22 yr old roof and gutters.We worked with our client to pin down the shingle and the proper gutters and guards to protect their home. 2nd, we remove the existing gutters. Unforseen rot to approximately 200' of facia and 1"+2"s with sofit repairs. So we made a game plan and performed with precision. Carpenters and painters worked to make sure every piece of rotten wood was replaced and painted as roofing crew were tearing off and doing repairs to plywood. Executed in 100degree heat by 12pm. Roof dried in, ice and water applied around all pipes, chimney and wall flashing. Synthetic underlayment installed, roof loaded. Hydrating and lunch. Special thanks to homeowner for sending pizza and drinks. To make a long story longer. Roof completed by dark and we were there the next day to install gutters and guards. We went with the Moire Black(Landmark Series)shingles, 6" gutters(full wrap) and leaf blaster pro gutter guards. Thank You Father God for our roofing crew, David Escamilla who also provided carpenters. Also,1st Choice Gutters. Both I have been blessed to work along side for many years. I would not be able to do it without them. Not just workers. I consider them family. It's not a simple catch phrase when we say . . One of many projects in progress with several completed. More to come. Stay tuned in. If there were more hrs in the days. Lol hope i didnt bore you. We are passionate and committed to service and quality. Never grow weary of doing good!!!
