Swift Holdings Inc. We are a family owned and operated Texas based commercial builder founded in 2007.

10/02/2026

The Cannan Self Storage project in Willis, Tx is starting to take shape. The site work and retention pond are completed. Along with the storm water infrastructure and catch basins. We pumped roughly 1000 yards for the 48,000 sq ft foundation and were able to beat the incoming rain. Next we will continue with the paving and going vertical with the building.

The Big Bear Express project on Highway 45 in front of Panorama Village is taking shape. We have all the utilities and site work wrapped up. The buildings are constructed and currently we are working on getting them dried in. The MEP rough in has also been completed on the truck stop. Next will be installation of the storefront glass and moving onto the exterior finishes.

Another quality project completed ahead of schedule and on budget! This Cstore has a small retail end cap for lease. We also helped the owner maximize their income by adding another fuel dispenser and widening the entrance to ensure customers would have easy access in and out of the property. We started a new Smileys convenience store project located in New Waverly next to the Sonic. The site work and utilities are completed. Along with the building foundation and majority of the paving. Next we will begin constructing the CMU block walls and the steel package drops in a few weeks.

11/15/2025

The team had a huge week of production at the Big Bear Express project in front of Panorama Village. Lots of coordination and planning for all the moving parts. We pumped roughly 750 yards of between the retail building and the retention pond footing for the 10’ vertical wall. The underground plumbing for the second building which is a truck stop is completed and ready for backfill. We will continue with the storm piping and utilities as this project has roughly 3,000 ft of underground retention system.

The Smileys project in is wrapping up. We’ve passed our inspections with the city and the fire marshal for the certificate of occupancy. We also constructed a new median and lane striping for TxDot. Next will be a final grade and hydromulching around the property to get the grass looking good again!

We started a new project in off I-45 in front of Panorama Village. This project will be a combination of 2 buildings consisting of a truck stop and a retail center. We currently have the building pads completed along with proper sloping around the site to ensure storm water runoff as we move through the site work. The guys have the forms locked for the foundations and the storm pipe installation is underway.

The Smileys project in Huntsville, Tx is nearing completion. We have the parking lot poured and the fuel canopy erected. Next we will install the fuel dispensers and wrap up the final touches inside the store.

09/27/2025

The Caddo Village in is nearing completion. This property does not have enough room for a retention pond so we installed one under the parking lot using an ADS storm chamber system. Next we will excavate and install the fuel tank. Along with the piers for the fuel canopy.

06/14/2025

The Smileys and retail center is coming together quickly. Once the weather lets up we can continue with the fuel system and the exterior building finishes. The interior finishes are underway as well. The walls are painted and the ceiling grid is installed. Once the tile guys wrap up we will bring in the milll work and the MEP guys can begin their trim out.
