Elite Pools is looking to add a Lead Technician to our growing team! If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to build a career, we want to hear from you — no experience required.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform weekly maintenance on residential pools
• Ensure pools are clean, balanced, and properly functioning
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Presentable and professional
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Willing to work long days (40–55 hours/week)
• Must pass a background check
Pay & Schedule
• Base salary: $950/week
• Per pool pay: $18 + commission
• Monday–Friday (weekends off!)
