Another clean shed pad replacement completed. This project involved removing the old failing pad and rebuilding it from the ground up with long-lasting materials and proper site preparation for durability and drainage.
The new pad was constructed using pressure-treated ground contact 4x4s, securely locked into the ground with 1/2-inch rebar for maximum stability and to prevent shifting over time. Each 4x4 was tied together using heavy-duty 3/8-inch timber locks, creating a solid and reinforced perimeter built to handle years of use.
The interior of the pad was filled with premium 3/4-inch washed #57 stone, providing excellent drainage, compaction, and a clean finished appearance — the perfect base for a shed or outdoor structure.
To complete the project, the surrounding area was graded and finished with fresh topsoil, grass seed, and straw, leaving the yard clean, smooth, and ready for new growth.
Built right, reinforced properly, and finished clean from start to finish.
