Gio's Landscaping completed a comprehensive exterior landscape and hardscape renovation designed to enhance both the appearance and functionality of the property.

Paver Patio and Fire Pit Installation
A new 25' x 25' paver patio was professionally installed, creating a large outdoor living and entertainment space. The project included all necessary site preparation, grading, excavation, base installation, compaction, and paver placement to ensure long-term durability and proper drainage. As the centerpiece of the patio, a 6-foot liquid propane (LP) fire pit was installed, providing a functional and attractive gathering area for family and guests. The finished patio significantly expanded the usable outdoor space while adding value and visual appeal to the property.

Fence Replacement
The existing split-rail fence was removed and replaced with a new white vinyl fence to provide a cleaner, more modern, and low-maintenance appearance. The upgraded fencing enhances the overall curb appeal of the property while offering improved durability and a refreshed aesthetic that complements the home's exterior improvements.

Landscape Bed Renovation
All existing flowers, shrubs, and outdated plant material were carefully removed from the landscape beds. The beds were then cleaned, cultivated, and prepared for future planting. Fresh premium mulch was installed throughout all landscape beds, creating a neat, finished appearance while helping retain moisture and suppress w**d growth.
Due to the extreme summer temperatures and in the best interest of ensuring plant health and successful establishment, the installation of new shrubs and flowers has been postponed until September. This approach will provide more favorable growing conditions and improve the long-term success of the new landscape plantings.
