Attic blow-ins (fiberglass & cellulose)

Dense-packing walls

Spray foam installs (if experienced)

Air sealing and ventilation corrections

Leading or supporting residential install crews

Ability to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders

Valid driver’s license

Dependable and professional

I often hear customers say to me “Make sure your pencil is sharp. I’m getting 3 quotes.”

Good for you partner. My quotes are written in ink.

This is the result of the cheapest bid. Although we did not quote this house originally. We were called to fix the problems of someone who did.

An entire master bedroom/bath with absolutely no insulation on a BRAND NEW HOUSE. It was a hard to get to area so neither the installer nor the inspector bothered to get back there. NUMEROUS exposed water lines resulting in frozen pipes during the winter.

Thats where Propst Insulation came to the rescue. After multiple people recommended us to him we were his only call. His only request was “Please fix my house.” Say no more buddy, we are on the way!

Careful who you hire out there folks. I always tell people “You pay for insulation once. The power company sends you a bill every month. It’s very important to make sure it’s done right”.

We never strive to be the cheapest option. We also do not strive to be the most expensive. Our goal is to do the job right the first time at a fair price. We have the man power, the equipment, and the knowledge to do just that!

Currently looking to hire another installer. Job would quickly turn into a lead installer position for the right person looking to grow and better themselves. We install fiberglass and spray foam.

Job duties would include:
-Showing up on time. Your paycheck will never be late so being late for work is unacceptable.
-Review work ticket/tickets for the day to determine material/tools needed.
-Load said materials/tools
-Drive to job site to perform installs.

We are a very well known and highly reputable family owned and operated business in the Catawba County, NC area.

We are looking for team players willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help other team members be the best they can be.

This job is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s dirty and not always a bed of roses.

Pay will depend on experience, work ethic, attitude, and dedication. It will be very well for a leader who gets the job done and does not need constant supervision although help and guidance when needed from superior is always there.

Out with the old .... In with the new.

Removed the old rock wool/cellulose insulation, air sealed all ceiling penetrations with foam and put back brand new fiberglass that’s good for the life of the home! Let us know if you’d like the same for your house!

Not only do we install brand new insulation in new and existing homes. We also remove old, musty, rodent infested, outdated insulation. When doing this we also air seal all ceiling penetrations to further improve your home’s efficiency. Check out some of the pictures/videos of a removal we just completed.
