Premier Garden Design is a growing, family-owned landscape and maintenance company centrally located between Bloomington and Peoria.
In this role as a landscape lead, you and your team will be installing high quality patios, retaining walls, and plantings to enhance outdoor living spaces for our clients to enjoy! To add to the variety of work, your crew will also be involved helping with seasonal maintenance! As a supervisor, leadership and mentoring skills are essential! Landscape experience is desired, but with a the right work ethic, construction knack, and leadership skills we can work you into this position!
Necessary Skills
* Hard working, dependable & honest
* Able to teach, motivate, and inspire
* Good communication skills (clients, team members, etc)
* Safety minded
* Landscape experience (Walls, patios, plantings)
* CDL license
* 18 years of age
* Ability to operate equipment

* Carpentry
* Concrete finishing skills
* Mechanical skills
* Snow removal experience
