🌊 Something exciting is rising along the Columbia River in Washougal, Washington.

And Conco is proud to be part of it.

The HYAS Point development is the first phase of a multi-phased riverfront community that will bring new mixed-use commercial and residential space to the area. Phase one includes four mixed-use buildings, helping shape a vibrant destination for the growing Washougal community.

When LMC Construction approached Conco about the project, it came with a challenge: a fast start and an ambitious schedule. Our crews didn’t just meet the challenge, they delivered ahead of schedule, completing the project more than a month early.

💥 Project by the numbers

▪ 159,310 SF of finished concrete

▪ 9,600 cubic yards of concrete placed

▪ 1,349,310 pounds of rebar installed

▪ 209,262 linear feet of post-tension cable

From concrete pumping and formwork to post-tension systems, shotcrete shear walls, CIP columns, stem walls, and elevated PT decks, Conco’s team helped bring the foundation of this exciting development to life. Rebar installation for the project was performed by R2M2.

Midway Village Phase II continues the transformation of this Daly City neighborhood, Adding 113 affordable apartment homes and bringing the Midway Village community to 555 total units.

Working alongside Devcon Construction, Conco helped support a project designed with families in mind, including childcare facilities, open spaces, and thoughtful architectural elements that enhance the surrounding community.

• 2,751 cubic yards of concrete were placed
• 382,341 pounds of rebar were installed
• 61,160 linear feet of cable were used

Our Southern California Conco team came together in a big way for this year’s Toy Drive! We were honored to donate once again to the RICA Center, which provides medical care, mental health support, and essential resources to children who have experienced trauma.

Big things are taking shape on the waterfront. At 557 E. Bayshore, Conco is delivering the concrete backbone for a 183,450 SF development that will redefine this corner of Redwood City.

This job is all about scale and strategy:
• 162,792 LF of PT cable
• Over 1.27 million lbs of rebar across garage + residential
• 8,165 CY of concrete placed with precision

The structure will rise as a five-story garage wrapped by a five-story residential community, adding 222 new homes with rare views overlooking the Bair Island State Marine Park and our great San Francisco Bay. With active surroundings, and a complex layout, every pour and placement demands tight coordination and technical focus.

On the ground:
Superintendent Daniel Garcia Luna is steering the operation by balancing schedule, safety, and client expectations while building a crew that moves confidently through each milestone.
