With a 550lb weight limit and space for a wheelchair, the Trio Alta home lift ensures every future possibility is accounted for.

There was an existing vent in the lift location, so we installed new unfinished oak flooring on the cap of this lift. The homeowner plans to refinish the floors and will have the cap finished at a later time.

Check out this Trio Alta home lift that we installed freestanding! That means it does not travel through the floor; it travels up to a door on the second floor.

An electronic interlock keeps the door locked when the lift is not at the upper landing. A bottom safety sensor detects anything under the lift and stops the lift immediately. This lift has two doors for entry on either side of the lift. Each door can be opened only when the lift is at the correct landing. Safety is Stiltz #1 priority!
