Meet SCARLETT! This young girl needs help, we brought her last night.. With deep scars only 2yrs old, we couldnt say No to her; she needed a safe temporary home. She's SO Seeet. Despite her trauma. .

We let the boys come up to the house to trim our yards, and a couple Arabians got out of one of the gates! The neighbor called: "Are you missing a couple horses? Ive got visitors."

We dropped everything, grabbed the truck to block the road out, cut chains and opened gates to herd them back, raced over there with ropes & halters; jumped out of the truck and looked toward the neighbors ...
...couldnt believe it ...

SO GRATEFUL for the RAIN! The rescues have fresh grass to eat and are coming out into hillside & field that was dead earlier! We've been asking for this to be the next Rain Forest; and raining for 1.5 weeks; our DREAM is Happening!
Planting more trees, putting out feed; Birds & Butterflys & (some) Bees having fun here!

WE HAVE A NEW BABY! 'Ginger'' is about 6 week old Hound Dog (?) mix, that some locals tried to dump in the woods. She loves her new Mama Brenda Mae Lee , and has already found her place with the other rescues of WindHorse Garden , running around with Bear, Izzie, Jax, & Kimo!
