Private Property Taxation is not authorized by the federal constitution only commercial taxation is authorized. The right to enjoyment, liberty and ownership is violated by the state private property tax.
It's time for class action petitions to sue all the states that infringe upon the rights clearly defined by the 4th.
The 10th amendment allows states to pass laws, but it does not allow states to violate rights.
The 9th guarantee's other unnamed rights to the people.
The Supremacy Clause Art 6 Clause 2 requires the states constitution to mirror the federal document.
Go to church, go meet your neighbor and form those constitutionally protected association's so as to afford representation and do not sue on the state level, only file Article 3 Federal Suits as this is the court of law, not some state administrative level (which will only dismiss the case as a Sovereign citizen argument or if brought individually they will dismiss as a taxpayer protest) . Federal class action, brought by the neighborhood in Article 3 will win if we are together as the posterity of the people not an individual action.
