This project was all about creating more space and making the home work better for everyday life. We started by converting an existing screened-in deck that was originally built on posts into a fully enclosed four seasons room. To do that, we added a new block foundation, allowing the space to become a true year-round addition that feels like it was always part of the home.

Inside, the kitchen was completely transformed with custom cabinetry, beautiful marble countertops, and a new layout that improves both flow and function. As part of the remodel, we removed two load-bearing walls and installed new structural beams and framing to open up the space and create a better connection between rooms.

We also relocated the fireplace to better suit the layout, which made room for a built-in entertainment center that blends seamlessly into the design. To top it off, we added a custom walk-in pantry, giving the homeowners plenty of storage while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

The end result is a bright, open, and thoughtfully designed living space—one that combines solid structural work with high-end finishes and is tailored to how the homeowners live and entertain every day.
