We treat where mosquitoes actually rest, not everywhere.
They don't spend the day flying around your lawn. They wait it out in the shaded, humid parts of your landscape. Inside dense shrubs, under deck skirting, along the fence line, in the mulched beds on the north side of the house. That's where we work, with a plant-based product and a professional backpack mister.
Every visit starts with a walk of your property, because the single most effective thing anyone can do about mosquitoes is get rid of the water they're breeding in. The saucer under the planter. The clogged gutter corner. The tarp behind the shed. The low spot by the downspout that's still wet four days after a storm. We write down what we find, and it goes on your completion report.
From $125 for yards up to 5,000 sq ft of treatable area. Larger properties are quoted individually. 2026 is à la carte, so you book each visit when you want it.
