In case you haven't heard already, there is a solar incentive update we are helping educate our clients on. A 30% Investment Tax Credit (ITC) is available to applicable properties through 2032. In 2025, this tax incentive can be combined with an additional 10% Domestic Content Bonus, among other savings add-ons. The beginning of this year was a big deal for awards at Douglass Colony Group! We received two Architectural Excellence Awards for our work on the Western Stock Show Legacy building and the SCI-USA Buddhist Center. We're so proud of our teams and the work that went in to these projects. Longboard Architectural Products wood-grain aluminum soffits to 6" V-groove for natural wood appearances, the exteriors of these buildings are beautiful, durable, and now award-winning!
