11,000 SF of permeable pavers taking shape in Fort Collins!

Designs by Stonescapes is proud to be putting the finishing touches on this project for Dohn Construction, featuring Keystone Eco-CityLock permeable pavers in the Eddington Blend.

This project utilizes a partial-infiltration permeable paver system, combining stormwater management with a durable, great-looking finished surface.

From layout and installation to the final details, our crew has put in the work across all 11,000 square feet — and the finished product is coming together beautifully.

Another great example of how permeable pavement can deliver function, performance, and aesthetics all in one system.

Big progress is happening at the Life Time Fitness project in Castle Rock! 👊🧱

Our crew is laying pavers, stacking square footage, and bringing this project to life one section at a time. The work is moving fast, and the results are starting to show.

Starting the week the best way we know how—keeping it cool up in the canyon! 🏔️😎

Excited to kick off a new 23,000 sq. ft. permeable paver project in partnership with CEI and Jefferson County. Projects like these are a great reminder that beautiful hardscapes can also make a positive impact on stormwater management and the environment.

We’ve been blessed to be busy with some important projects over the last few weeks, and this week, we’ve kicked off 4 more big ones!

201 Fillmore (Cherry Creek) partnered with PCL Construction. We are installing 4000 sq ft of both Endicott Clay Pavers and Coldsprings Granite.

17th Street Plaza (Downtown Denver) partnered with Catamount Construction. Installing 9400 sq ft of Wausau concrete pavers

Lifetime Fitness (Castle Pines) partnered with Swinerton Construction. Installing 3000 sq ft of synthetic turf and 20,000 sq ft of Oldcastle Cambridge Cobble pavers

Residential Driveway (Castle Rock) - 12,000 sq ft of Basalite Mission pavers.

Another exciting project underway in Brighton, Colorado! 🌿

Our team at Designs by Stonescapes is installing over 14,000 square feet of permeable pavers, creating a beautiful outdoor surface that does much more than look great.

Permeable pavers are an environmentally friendly solution that allows rainwater to naturally infiltrate the ground rather than becoming runoff. In a state where water conservation and responsible stormwater management are becoming increasingly important, these systems provide a sustainable alternative to traditional hardscape surfaces.
