At Sullivan Homes, we’re moving forward with full hearts — building on the foundation laid by our founder and Dad, Larry Sullivan.

Larry wasn’t just a builder; he was a visionary whose care, craftsmanship, and integrity shaped every home and every relationship. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit continues to guide every step we take.

Today, his son Josh Sullivan carries on that legacy, continuing to build beautiful homes with the same dedication Larry modeled. We’re also proud to welcome Erin Sullivan Spencer and Aaron Spencer to the team — making this next chapter truly a family effort.

We build beautiful homes, but we also remodel homes, build amazing kitchens and cabinets and do all types of beautiful cabinetry work. We need someone who is wanting to learn the carpentry/building trade - not necessarily someone with years of experience – just someone who is willing to work and would like to learn. Josh and Larry have been busy and are still out there working and ready to start new jobs! But I’m behind on posting pictures of what Josh and Larry have been doing. We’re so happy that Matt Rogers allowed us to be part of getting his new store and business on Highway 81 ready to open. We built beautiful cabinets and desks and big counters!
