Siding job we started today . Turned into a very long day cause of a flat , but all in all it was successful day.

It’s been a long Sunday . Got a call from capital , to go do an emergency repair on a complex it was hit by lightning from the storm earlier today. We just needed to cover the hes with tarps so they were sealed up not leaking .We got there and discovered the holes couldn’t be patched there was still smoke coming out . Had to call the fire department , they came back out . Had to cut out a lot of the roof , knock out cealings and walls. When the lightning hit it charged the complexes 410 wire. That current went through all the trusses and insulation in the attic. All the insulation aand any wood touching the wores they have to remove smh. There were 4 families in the complex , red cross is helping them . Thankful to get to go home for awhile and Prayers to the firefighters who are gonna be there all night . Definitely one of the craziest jobs we’ve been on !
