We have come to a close on another new build in Grove City.

Around this time last year our client approached us looking to create a new place for the in-laws to be close-by. Seeking something smaller, quaint, and within arms reach of family.

This ranch was built on a crawl, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an additional half bath with exterior access to accommodate the swimming pool-goers or guests during event hosting.

We turned this one around in 2 weeks while dealing with order delays and out of stock items. We are happy, but most importantly, our customers are thrilled to have rid of their early 2000’s builder-grade primary bathroom. Custom shower featuring a rain-fall shower head and handheld. All new flooring, baseboard and vanity.

We have come to a close on another amazing remodel in Upper Arlington.

Our clients wanted to open up their space, raise the heights and add breadth to their most cherished spaces; the living room and the kitchen. While we were at it, we created a new oasis in the primary room with a full wet-room shower/bath.

We removed all interior walls on the main level, replacing them with LVL’s to carry the load of the new raised ceiling. Added a pantry thru the kitchen that also opens to a new Trex deck. Featuring a beautiful Dutch door (for the doggy’s) and a second entry/exit from the primary bedroom. All new beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. Gourmet kitchen with a large island for the whole family.

Not only are we honored for this family to choose us for their remodeling needs, we’re excited for the family to create everlasting memories in their new space. From Buckeye football games, holidays and parties - to making meals as a family. It’s truly a pleasure for us to be of service. Thank you!
