The company is pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation for bridges of all types (ODOT level 3), culverts, earth retention, water and wastewater treatment plants, earthwork, grading, deep sewer and/or excavation, general building

construction and demolition. The company has constructed bridges, roadways, water/waste water treatment plants, storm/sanitary sewers, waterlines, piling, earth retention, new buildings, and renovations of existing buildings. Our clients include Federal, State, County and local governments, along with many private industry owners. Permanent offices, shop and yard facilities are maintained at 2424 Harrison Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43204. The company owns the necessary equipment and vehicles to complete various types of construction projects. The management staff, which includes three licensed Professional Engineers, has over one hundred years of experience in all phases of heavy, highway and building construction.

🎉 PROJECT COMPLETE: STELZER ROAD PRV 🎉

We’re excited to announce that the Stelzer Road Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Project is officially complete! ✅

A huge thank you to everyone who made this project a success, including the Project Manager Chris Thompson, Project Foreman Brandon Lowery, and to all of the hardworking field crew and Subcontractors. Your dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to safety made this achievement possible.

🚧 Project Update: Germantown Bridge Rehabilitation 🚧

The Germantown Bridge rehabilitation project is officially underway. Our team has successfully installed the temporary support system beneath the bridge and completed the removal of the existing decking, stringers, and floorbeams.

Fabrication of the new structural steel members has been completed and the components are currently at the paint shop. Once painting is finished, crews will begin the rehabilitation of the bridge truss, marking the next major phase of the project.

🚧 Blackwood Covered Bridge Update 🚧

Preparing for progress at the Blackwood Covered Bridge project as the team gets ready for the abutment concrete pour. Great work by the crew for their dedication and attention to detail in keeping the project moving forward safely and efficiently.

Lancaster Water Treatment Plant – Concentrate Booster Pump Installation 🚧

Progress is underway as the crew installs 14” ductile iron pipe for the new concentrate line. This project is moving steadily toward an anticipated completion in late Summer.
