We are a design build firm working as general contractors in residential and commercial properties. Our building roots run deep.

Our family owned company began in 2002 specializing in historic home renovation. Our mission was to create affordable homes for first-time homebuyers and families. As our team and client base began to grow, we expanded into commercial and residential design build. Both partners have three generations of building experience behind them. Most recently Transform has expanded. We now have three divisions (residential, commercial and outdoor living) to service you more effectively.

How long does it actually take to build a custom home?
The truth is, custom homes take time - from planning and permits to selections, scheduling trades, and construction. Every detail is built specifically for the homeowners, which means the process is much more intentional than a typical production build. A well-built custom home is always worth the wait. 👏

Today we’re proud to debut the new logo of Transform Construction. The new forward leaning design represents the momentum and growth we have experienced the last several years. Becoming better builders, better partners, and a better company. Over the years, we’ve grown with intention. We’ve invested in our people, refined our processes, expanded our services. We have built a team that operates with excellence, integrity.
