Transform Construction We are a design build firm working as general contractors in residential and commercial properties. Our building roots run deep.

Our family owned company began in 2002 specializing in historic home renovation. Our mission was to create affordable homes for first-time homebuyers and families. As our team and client base began to grow, we expanded into commercial and residential design build. Both partners have three generations of building experience behind them. Most recently Transform has expanded. We now have three divisions (residential, commercial and outdoor living) to service you more effectively.

A closer look at the kitchen from this new build.

This space keeps things simple with clean finishes, an open layout, and plenty of room for every day cooking and gathering.

Sometimes the kitchen doesn’t need to be complicated to work well.

As a family-owned company, these three work closely together to lead Transform, shape its direction, and make the decisions that move the company forward.

Each brings a different perspective to the table, but they share a common goal: continuing to build a strong company and a strong team.

We’re excited about where Transform is headed and the people helping lead the way!

Before the finished space, there’s the progress.
A look back at this master suite while it was still taking shape.

The trim was going in.
The drywall was up.
The tile and vanity were coming together.

At this stage, you can start to see the details, but you still have to imagine the finished space.

Homes are personal. We believe they should feel that way too.

At Transfrom we build new homes around the people who actually live in them, not around a one size fits all idea of what a new home should look like.

From the layout and materials to the details that make a space uniquely yours, every decision is an opportunity to create a home that reflects your lifestyle and your vision.

A corner worth noticing. Sometimes the simplest spaces are the ones that make a home feel the most intentional.

Bringing the luxury cocktail lounge experience right into the comfort of your home🍸✨

We loved bringing the stunning vision by Chelsea Lear to life! There is nothing wrong with a bright, white kitchen, but a dedicated bar area is the perfect place to introduce some serious drama.

The deep navy blue cabinets paired with a gorgeous speckled mirror backsplash create that perfect moody, intimate, speakeasy energy. The antique mirror finish bounces the light around beautifully without losing the wall of the room.

Would you go bold and moody like this in your home?
