SCHEDULING: Start dates given are an estimated start time and are not set in stone. Weather is a major factor in this as well as some jobs taking longer or shorter time than expected. We will update you as much as possible with a timeframe. PAYMENT: Half of balance is due at the start of your job and balance will be due upon completion. We accept cash, check and credit/
debit card with a 3% service fee. Warranty: At Evans Concrete, all work will be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner. We take great pride in our work and will do everything we can to satisfy you as a customer. However, all of our concrete work is created by humans and even under the closest supervision possible, small imperfections can and will be expected. If we are presented with an issue that exceeds the regular industry standard, we may repair or replace, as determined at the sole discretion of Evans Concrete. Listed below are some of the issues you may experience after your job is completed. Cracking: Yes, Concrete is going to crack. That is the nature of concrete. We take all precautions necessary to help prevent and control cracking. Flaking: Flaking or chips may happen. This can be caused by weather, salt and normal wear and tear. We suggest not salting your concrete during the winter months. Discoloration: Yes, every concrete mix is different. Therefore, we cannot match the color of any existing concrete mix exactly. Also, if you choose to have your concrete cured there is a chance of slight discoloration. Landscaping: Please be aware that with any job site can come slight damages to the yard. Examples: flower beds, grass, etc. CONCRETE CARE:
- Do not drive on concrete for at least 10 days.
- Do not use de-icing chemicals or salt on concrete, as this causes a chemical reaction on the surface of the slab.
- You may power wash once a year and seal before winter to help prevent against seasonal damages.
