Roofing myths we hear all the time; and the truth:

❌ 'I'll wait until it leaks to replace it.'
✅ By the time you see a leak, there's already structural damage underneath.

❌ 'My roof looks fine from the street.'
✅ Most damage is on the field of the roof, not visible from the ground. A real inspection requires getting up there.

❌ 'The previous owner just replaced it: it's fine.'
✅ Do you know when? Improper installation ages a roof faster than weather.

❌ 'I'll just throw another layer of shingles on top.'
✅ Two layers max is code. Three is illegal in most areas and hides underlying problems.
