Jack Bartholomew, doing business as Bartholomew Services, has been active in construction and home improvement activities most of his life, having come from a family of home builders. Since 2006, Jack has owned numerous residential rental properties in Columbus, Ohio; he himself performed, or oversaw his employees' work on, all the rehabbing activities on those properties when purchased, and until

recently, maintained those properties for his rental company. Jack now works full time in residential remodeling and handyman activities, and is skilled at troubleshooting and finishing.

The last picture includes two walls through a doorway which are painted with the same can of paint; this shows the effect of different lighting.

This damage was done by an enterprising squirrel. When the wind blew the siding off, he dug through two layers of insulation and nearly made it through the drywall and into the house. It took some effort , but it’s all better now!

Master bedroom went from deep sage to a light gray. I had the foresight to take a picture of how the furniture was placed. That way, I was able to move the furniture back correctly after painting the walls. Btw, furniture sliders can turn a two-man job into a one-man job.
