Something about fresh paint on a deck! 😮‍💨

Client called with a pretty dirty deck that needed some repairs.

We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, starting off with a nice powerwash to clean all the dirt, grime, and other debris off the deck. Cleaned up the loose paint and prepared it for paint.

The deck looked great, client was happy, and we can finally ring out our clothing from all the sweat!

A little different kind of post from us today.

We’re looking to fill our schedule with some more work, and instead of making another flashy ad, I just wanted to be real for a minute.

I&O Homes is a small, local business. There isn’t a huge company behind us or some big corporate budget. It’s just a group of hardworking guys trying to build something we’re proud of, take care of our customers, and most importantly, provide for our families.

💎 This chandelier was one for the books… 💎

We’ve installed plenty of lights, but not many that cost as much as a small car. 😂😳

Needless to say, there was a little extra “measure twice, check it three more times, and DON’T DROP IT” happening on this one. 😂

We got this beautiful new chandelier installed, secured, and shining exactly where it belongs. Definitely one of the coolest—and most nerve-racking—fixtures we’ve had the pleasure of installing!

💧 Sagging gutters usually mean there’s more going on than meets the eye…

A customer called us because their gutters were sagging and water was overflowing where it definitely shouldn’t be.

Once we pulled the metal back, we found the real problem — several feet of fascia wood completely rotted out. 😬

We removed all the bad wood, replaced it with new solid material, reset the metal flashing, and reinstalled the gutters properly.

No bandaids. No “good enough.” We fixed the problem behind the problem. 🔨🏠

If your gutters are sagging, pulling away, or overflowing, don’t ignore it — sometimes what you can’t see is the part doing the most damage.

You may notice our name and logo looking a little different! 👀

Due to a nonprofit organization having a similar name, Inside & Out Co. is making a small change to our look and will now be branded as I&O Homes.

But don’t worry — we’re still Inside & Out Co. at heart. Same crew. Same quality. Same hard work. Just a slightly different name on the shirt. 🔨🏡

At the end of the day, we’re just two young dads working hard, building something we’re proud of, and trying to feed our families.

We appreciate every single person who hires us, recommends us, shares our posts, or supports us along the way.
