Project Highlight: Comprehensive Logistics

EXXCEL was selected by Comprehensive Logistics, an Ohio-based company managing just-in-time automotive parts delivery and sub-manufacturing services for automakers, to provide design-build construction services for their new distribution center.

The challenge? This was a brownfield site deemed unsuitable for construction by the EPA. An existing basement had never been properly backfilled, leading to water infiltration and contaminated soils, and existing utilities required a full redesign for either re-use or abandonment.

This didn't scare us. It pushed us to problem-solve as our team tackled every obstacle head-on. This project is a great example of what EXXCEL does best: turning complex site conditions into repeatable success for our clients.

EXXCEL partnered with Welspun on a transformative project in Grove City, OH, converting an existing distribution facility into a fully operational manufacturing environment.

The scope included a comprehensive renovation of the existing space, along with a new manufacturing addition to support Welspun's expanded production capabilities. Beyond the build-out, our team coordinated and installed specialized equipment, ensuring the facility was fully operational from day one.
