Watch for signs such as:
• Tiny dark spots on sheets or mattresses
• Unexplained bites on exposed skin

His favorite bugs to take on are roaches and bed bugs. His favorite part of the job is solving customers’ problems and seeing the joy and relief it brings—something he finds truly fulfilling.

Fun fact: Andrew is a plant lover and enjoys spending time at greenhouses.

Outside of work, Kiel loves to golf and travel. A fun fact about him is that he’s very organized!

Autumn’s favorite bug is the brown marmorated stink bug—they’re cute and very persistent! Her favorite part of the job is helping customers who are worried about a bug problem and easing their fears by talking it through with them.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys gardening, listening to music, cooking, and spending time near the water.

Fun fact: her children range in age from 5 to 25!

She’s married to Bryan, and together they have four kids, one dog, two cats, and a whole pile of chickens!
