We created a nice outdoor room that can be used for any occasion in any weather. The new fence install brings everything together.

This is a new install for a house that just got finished being built. They are moving in Thursday and are ready for some landscaping! Hope they like the design. Right now there is not even a driveway.

This project proved to be too complictated to convey on paper. So I had to go old school and make a model. Hopefully the homeowner likes it enough to give us the go ahead on it. It measures 5ft tall and 10ft wide and this model is to scale. This features concrete block construction with stone veneer where there is water and reclaimed wood everywhere else. I did the best I could with the plants on the model but I would definately do the plants different on the real thing.

Here is a project we plan on building this year. This project is going to be built from scratch with quite a bit of concrete demolition. We have created an outdoor room by enclosing the space with a retaining wall(with benches built into the tops) and softened the space with the landscaping that extends into the room. The area flows very nicely and has a nice balance of wood, stone and nature. The patio will be made of pavers with a contrasting color for the border. The ratianing wall and columns are weathered mosaic Versalok with a custom cut limestone cap for the bench tops. The wall, steps and landscape have low voltage lighting throughout. This will be a beautiful space.

A stunning landscape lighting install we did early in 2012. This lighting system uses 100% LED fixtures and only costs a few of dollars a month to run from dusk until dawn. We used what I call an "astromagical" timer that changes dusk/dawn times daily and takes into consideration dayllight savings times (only $75 too). You never have to adjust this timer once it is programmed! This lighting system gave the homeowner the security and beauty they were looking for.
