The business was started in 1998, when the founder left the military and a corporate job to start his own electrical contracting business. It was successful from the start but finding great electricians let alone anyone who wanted to work in the trades was a big challenge and this is when the founder realized that a different approach to hiring was needed. He always felt partnering with workers an

d working together as well as offering a "ONE-STOP-HIRE" approach was win/win for everyone. This is when he and other independent contractors started to work together and help each other build their business. This approach has not been without its challenges however, it has allowed them to maintain quality workmanship, better customer service, offer more to clients, and deal with labor quality, build long lasting relationships and solve reliability issues.
