Blueprint Columbus Blueprint Columbus is the new approach that has been developed to eliminate the source of sanitary sewer overflows.

Blueprint Columbus is an innovative through Columbus Water and Power as a way of eliminating sanitary sewer overflows while also investing in our neighborhoods and our local economy. This plan includes the use of green infrastructure, which provides significant environmental benefits that will improve water quality compared to the gray infrastructure planned in the WWMP. Other benefits to our comm

unity include improving property values and helping to stabilize some of our most challenging neighborhoods. Green infrastructure will require perpetual maintenance, which will in turn lead to permanent jobs.
