We are a growing, family-owned business looking to find TWO skilled, quality flooring installer (tile, carpet tiles, and hardwood). We do residential jobs, as well as many commercial jobs, so experience with both would be beneficial. We do the majority of our jobs in Bartholomew and surrounding counties. Installation knowledge is required, and 5+ years of experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate, as long as they have the qualities we are looking for - but pay will be determined by experience. **We offer health insurance where we pay 50% of your premium, dental/vision/life we pay 100% of your premiums, and we offer a matching 401k program. Ideal candidate would work well with others, have a great disposition with customers, be a hard worker, and most importantly be a dependable team player. We are a close-knit business, and we all feel like family. We would love to find the right person to add to our family, while continuing to grow our business. We are also beginning to expand into the concrete polishing and grinding business and concrete staining, as well as the epoxy side of the concrete finishing business. As our business grows, we would love to add more team members who will grow with us as well. Please send your resume OR AT LEAST your employment history when responding. Applications with employment history blank or with no resume WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
