Some of the most important progress is the work you eventually won’t see. At Peters Pike Warehouse, our team is working through the infrastructure that will support the building for years to come. Storm and sanitary utility work is moving forward, the fire loop is underway, and underground plumbing is up next.

Two new faces have joined our team 👋 Please help us welcome Mike Lyon and Holly DeJordy!

Mike is a carpenter by trade who has spent much of his career in commercial construction, working across everything from schools and hospitals to government facilities and churches.

Holly brings experience across commercial real estate development, construction, legal operations, compliance, and economic development. She has a knack for untangling complex problems, building better systems, and catching the details others might miss.
