Here is a job we completed last summer. It was a very complex design, demo, renovation, restoration, new construction, and build out. With all new windows/insulated plate glass, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, limited area sprinkler systems, doors, floors , structural steel and wooden systems, masonry repairs restorations, ada compliances, and more. Our carpenters, painters, concrete workers, masons, operators, and especially our laborers. Worked very hard to breath new life into this vacant for more than a decade 100 year old structure. Not only did we successfully execute and complete the project. We solved the many challenges brought on by the many existing non-conforming site and structural conditions. When up against the modern building codes. This is never an easy process. The original 1900’s gothic cathedral had a 1970’s Sunday school addition none of which met the modern ADA codes you automatically see in a more modern building today. All of these issues along with the 100 plus years of dust and debris presented quite a challenge for our team of designers, architects, engineers, tradesmen, labors, visionaries, and clients. Together we worked tirelessly to achieve the clients goal. To help educate as many of the underserved youth in the area as possible. This was a very difficult and exciting project. We are very proud of our team of experts and greatful for the opportunity to take a once blighted building and turn it into a new and thriving haven for education in the Frankinton area.
