The Bierman autism center. This is a design/build project we recently completed. With the rise of vacant office space in the columbus market. The owners were in great need to make a deal work and fill some of the many empty spaces in these buildings. We had done a previous office buildout in the entire second floor back in 2016. So utilizing our knowledge of the building and experience in this market. We were approached by the new owners of the property to help them craft a plan to convert an existing vacant office space into this beautiful new facility. The wonderful folks of the Bierman Autism Centers needed an east location for one of thier flagship builds here in the Columbus Ohio market. This project consisted of design, engineering , and build out. Which included new layout for the individual educational spaces, offices, kitchen, and outside play areas. We also added an open air office for their staff, as well as individual office spaces for meetings, confrence rooms, rest rooms including tiny toilets for their little friends, an amazing kitchen area, nursing rooms, flex spaces, cut in a new storefront entrance with an Ada compliant walkway, and a new outside play area. We enjoyed working with the owners , their reps, and most all the new tenants. Our crews and subcotractors worked hard to complete this job and helped all of their businesses grow and thrive. Most of all we very much appreciate the mission of the Bierman family and the positive impact they have on the children and families they serve. It was an honor to help further their mission and development. Another job well done
