At CT Concrete we’re growing rapidly and while we have all the finishers we need to do our commercial and residential projects, we need to add a skilled estimator to the team to help us prepare quotes, track material costs and change orders. We hire seasoned professionals and treat them as such. You must:
• Be an experienced Concrete Estimator with 5 years of estimating with the ability to juggle multiple quotes, plus field experience prior to being an estimator
• Be able to estimate all labor, materials, and equipment costs and prepare thorough quotes for multiple jobs.
• Be able to track all labor, material, and equipment costs to ensure profitability for multiple jobs.
• Track all change orders to ensure approvals for changes are acquired, job changes are updated, and make sure that jobs are not underbilled
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word is a plus.
We offer:
• Competitive pay in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 based on your experience.
