This latest project for Sukoshi at Colony Square Mall in Atlanta is a prime example of what happens when high-level design meets expert ex*****on. The detail in the custom millwork and lighting is top-tier.

Nothing beats the feeling of walking through a finished space and seeing the details come together. Our team recently completed the Under Armour store at 1961 Chain Bridge Road.

Take a look at the "Velociti" and "Elite" zones—the integration of the custom lighting and millwork really makes this space pop. Proud of the coordination it took to get this across the finish line!

Happy Presidents Day! 🇺🇸

When looking at Ohio’s deep presidential history, William Howard Taft stands completely alone. Not only is he the only person to serve as both U.S. President and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, but he actually preferred the Court—finding his true life's work after holding the highest office in the land.

Beyond his unique career evolution, Taft was a master of systems. He wasn't the flashiest politician, but he championed essential infrastructure we still rely on today, including the creation of the Department of Labor and the parcel post system.

Over four decades in the commercial construction industry has taught us that these two concepts—career longevity and solid infrastructure—are deeply connected. Sometimes your most fulfilling role comes later in life when you finally lean into a highly specialized passion. And just like Taft's administrative frameworks, the most critical work in any complex operation is usually the invisible groundwork.
