Closing the construction talent gap starts with inclusion.

For Construction Inclusion Week, we’re shining a light on workforce development across Central Ohio. Connecting with the next generation means supporting the career centers, vocational programs, and local training initiatives that introduce young people to the opportunities in our field.

From pre-apprenticeships and hands-on skill building to direct trade pathways, our region is actively building the pipeline for tomorrow's builders.
When we welcome new perspectives and invest in young talent, we don't just bridge a workforce gap—we build a stronger, more inclusive industry where everyone on the job site wins.

46 years in business, and we’re currently tackling the largest project in Construction One history—right in the heart of downtown Columbus!

If you’ve driven through downtown lately, you’ve likely seen the transformation underway at the Sonesta Hotel. Taking on a full-scale renovation of this magnitude in an active urban core requires incredible precision, planning, and teamwork.

A huge shoutout to our dedicated field teams, superintendents, and trusted trade partners who are bringing this landmark project to life every single day. We’re proud to play a part in shaping our hometown skyline.

Proud to share that Construction One has purchased 211 N. 5th Street for our new downtown Columbus headquarters, paired with an upcoming $3M adaptive-reuse renovation.

Thank you to Columbus Business First for highlighting our next chapter. Looking forward to breaking ground on the renovations later this year!
