Another win for a homeowner who almost settled for less 🙌

This client was originally denied a full roof replacement and told they only qualified for a repair, which wouldn’t have even covered their deductible. That’s a tough spot to be in, and unfortunately it happens more often than it should.

After stepping in and reviewing their claim, we used our industry knowledge and experience to advocate on their behalf. With just two emails, we were able to get the decision overturned resulting in a fully approved roof replacement covered by insurance 🏠

The takeaway? Don’t assume the first answer is the final answer. Having the right team on your side can make all the difference.

We’re proud to share the successful completion of several hundred square of IKO Roofing shingle roofing for Ohio University Housing. This project highlights our commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship at scale while maintaining clear communication every step of the way.

Even more exciting; this is just the beginning. We’re honored to be partnering with Ohio University Housing on several upcoming projects in the near future.

While we weren’t the lowest bid, our detailed proposal process, transparent communication, and ability to walk the client through the project using drone technology during a web conference made the difference. It’s a testament to the value of doing things the right way.

Yesterday’s high winds moved through Central Ohio with gusts reaching 60+ mph. 🌬️

At this retail center in Lewis Center, the winds were strong enough to blow in storefront windows. Our team has already inspected the roof to determine whether there was any damage from wind uplift or other storm-related impacts. Thankfully, the roof just had some minor issues and has been corrected quickly!

Our team is out all weekend inspecting commercial and industrial roofs to make sure our clients’ buildings didn’t sustain damage. With more wind and rain expected this weekend, now is the time to make sure your roof is still performing the way it should.

Wind events like this can loosen membrane seams, lift flashing, and create small issues that turn into costly problems if they go unnoticed.
