Good morning friends! ☀️

Take a look at these bathroom renovations we did for one of our wonderful customers miss ginger! We thank you for choosing Brofford Renovations for your home improvements! Thank you for your continuous business and support🙏🏻

This renovation consists of:
-Installed new quartz countertops with under-mount sinks in both the master and guest bathroom.
-Installed new sink faucets, pop-up drains, new 1/4 turn shut off valves, and supply lines in both the master and guest bathroom.
-Installed new frosted glass shower doors for the master bathroom
-Installed new shower cartridges (the existing weren’t functioning properly), installed a new shower control, shower handle and shower head in the master shower.
-Removed the existing flooring that had been lifting, installed new LVP flooring in both bathrooms ( LVP was 12mm Halloway Hickory)
-Some drywall patch work
-Some baseboard board and 1/4 round replacements
-Painted all baseboards and 1/4 round in both bathrooms.
-Replaced some light switches in the kitchen as well.
-Secured the dishwasher to the countertop
-Along with other misc items🙂

Good morning☀️🙏🏻

Brofford Renovations spent yesterday building this playhouse for a customer! It came in about 1,000 pieces but we were up for the challenge!🛠️ The project wasn’t scheduled for another week, but the customer called stating they received it early and wanted it done for their grandchildren so they could surprise them with it! So we jumped into action, loaded up and headed out to the customers house to get it built!

The customer says to me while building this playhouse “this isn’t you just doing a job for me, this isn’t me just paying you to work, but this is me trusting you with this project that the other generations get to play on and have fun with. We appreciate you being professional, we appreciate you coming out last minute to do this, but most importantly we appreciate you being a honest trustworthy man. You are apart of our family, you are our kinfolk”. WOW what an amazing thing to be told! Yes this is business, but to know our customers look at us in this manner is absolutely amazing and worth more than any dollar amount! Charles we appreciate you trusting us to do this build for you and your beautiful family!

Good morning everyone! We have a few big projects starting this week and next week as well! We are looking to hire more people as we need the extra help.

*Experienced individuals in carpentry, electric, drywall, plumbing etc preferred! We will be romodeling homes so if this is something you’re familiar with and confident in then this is for you! Do not come here expecting to do sloppy work, it will not be tolerated! Pay ranges between experience and capabilities! You will be paid what you’re worth!

Hi everyone! We got to attend the Brian Muha Foundation also known as the Run the Race foundation yesterday at Saint Charles here in Columbus Ohio! What an amazing experience this was! What a wonderful foundation with some amazing people! What they do for our youth is absolutely incredible ! We got to meet with some board members, the president of the foundation along with other sponsors and supporters 🙂 it was definitely a privilege to be a part of it, and to meet with all these wonderful people doing amazing work in our communities 🙌🏻🙂 we will be posting some more photos of the event!

Good morning 🙂☀️

Here’s a look at a recent job we got hired to do! The Customer wanted us to paint her shed and her awning supports as they were in bad shape!
So after scrapping them down, power washing them, priming and painting them here are the results🤩

A school located in Columbus, Ohio has reached out regarding these play sets that keep moving and shifting while kiddos are playing on it👎🏻 so they have hired us to come in and get this resolved for them!
