Some milestones deserve to be celebrated.
This might be one of SiteCo's biggest milestones so far.
For years, SiteCo. existed as an idea—a dream discussed around our parents’ living room, long before there were trucks, equipment, employees, or jobs on the schedule. In 2019, the dream officially became a reality.
Building a business from the ground up has required faith, determination, sacrifice, and more hard work than we could ever put into words. There have been plenty of early mornings, late nights, difficult decisions, and moments where we simply had to trust the process.
In 2022, after 9.5 years at Cummins, Leighton made the decision to go full-time with SiteCo. which was the leap of faith that changed everything.
Today, we’re proud to share another major step forward. After 15 years at Cummins, including serving 2 years as a Plant Manager, Logan has officially joined SiteCo full-time.
Having the opportunity to build this company together as brothers is something neither of us takes for granted. We know that this moment is the result of years of support from family, friends, employees, customers, and a lot of people who believed in us before there was much to see.
We also want to recognize our employees, past & present. Your hard work, loyalty, and commitment to excellence have helped shape SiteCo. into what it is today. We are grateful to have each of you on this journey.
And to our customers—thank you. Every project you’ve trusted us with has played a part in our growth. Because of your support, we’re able to continue investing in our team, our equipment, and our future.
What began as a conversation around the living room has become a thriving business, and we’re incredibly excited for what lies ahead.
