Unfortunately Cleveland Process Systems LLC has been a victim of an extreme hijacking/hacking event. We currently do not have access to any part of our company from phone, to emails, to even our website. This has been on going since March 11th 2026. We are fighting daily to regain control. We have lost our Google workspace, Microsoft 365, even our own website. We have just gained accessed back to this page as of today and is currently the only form of our business we currently have control of.

Proper purge matters when welding stainless — period. Incorrect purge pressure and oxygen deficiency and you’ll get sugaring inside the pipe. That rough, oxidized surface becomes a perfect place for bacteria to hang out, contaminate product, and kill your corrosion resistance.

LETS TALK ABOUT IT YA'LL - QUALITY OF WELDS

Sanitary Welding Standards & Procedures
​AWS (D18.1) and ASME (BPE) set the benchmark for sanitary welding, while the FDA enforces cleanliness to prevent bacterial growth.

​Interior Weld Characteristics ​for high-purity tubing must meet these Standards:

​Full Pe*******on: The weld must be 100% visible on the inside (ID) with zero crevices.

​Uniformity: The bead width should be consistent with no "icicles" or sag.

​Smoothness: Welds must be polished to a Ra (Roughness average) typically 15–20 micro-inches to prevent biofilm buildup.

​Exterior Heat Tint & Corrosion Resistance is extremely important as well in order to maintain the integrity of stainless steel, you must control the "heat-affected zone" (HAZ) ensuring you dont allow your tubing to become over heated.

​Color Profile: Aim for straw, gold, or light blue tints.

​If the weld turns dark gray or black, you have "cooked" the metal. This indicates chromium depletion and heavy oxidation.

​Carbon Migration: Excessive heat draws carbon to the surface.

All in all weld quality is extremely important to Cleveland Process Systems, its an essential skill set to maintain consistently throughout the entirety of a project and as far as im concerned, the entire lifespan of Cleveland Process Systems!

Many talents come with Cleveland Process Systems. Check out some machining we recently did on an industrial grinder. The knife beds sit at precise degrees thus caling for precision angle matching when drilling and tapping. Minor errors can deem these bolt holes inoperable leading to tens of thousands in and entire block replacement.

The Team at Cleveland Process Systems did an excellent job with no issues and everything coming out perfect, saving the customer from costly repairs.

Looking for a SANITARY TUBING pipefitter who can read blue prints and PID's with ease. If you have a good sanitary welder who travels with you, that's a plus.

This is for sub contractors/1099. All the tools of your trade required upon arrival.

You are required to keep good communication with the jobsite foreman in regards to your schedule so that we may plan our projects accordingly. This is a contract position.

65 p/h straight
35 p/h travel- in and out

55 p/h straight pay.
