Giving a big thanks to our wonderful client Phillip for letting us get to work on this beautiful property. The house is currently going through a complete remodel including the yard. Our team came in and started off by cleaning up all the debris. Once clean we then got everything graded to spec. Once inspection passed we installed some fresh Bermuda sod. We also planted some new box woods & a japanese maple tree to give it a nice look. We look forward to coming back out to the property & doing work in the future. Want to give a big thanks to our friends over at Wacoochee Elementary for letting us be able to get the playgrounds freshened up for the kiddos. We started off by cleaning out all the grass & old debris. We then laid some heavy duty tarp down to prevent any w**ds growing back through. Once cleaned & prepped we brought in some fresh brown mulch and got it installed. Want to also give a thanks to our team for knocking things out. We look forward to maintaining this property. Want to give a big thanks to Corbin & his family for letting us work on the property and get everything cleaned up. We came in a did a full clean up on the back yard. Once we had a clean slate we installed fresh brown mulch in the flower beds. There was some issues with the lawn so we replaced the dead areas with fresh sod. This property had major water issues. When it would storm the back yard would completely flood. The big concern was watering getting into the house. We came in and dug out a swell all the way around the back of the property line which would allow the water to flow off into the front yard to drain properly. Want to give a big thanks to our wonderful customer for being able to help them out & create a peace of mind for them. We look forward to what the future brings. Want to give thanks to another customer for letting us be able to help them with a solution. This property had a pool drain that was was pumping a lot of water out and washing away their slope in the backyard. We came in and re worked the slope & installed some rip rap to help with erosion. To ensure there wouldn’t be a problem again we re routed the the pool drain down to the bottom of the slope where it would drain off to the back of the property with no problems. Giving a big thanks to our customers Jon & Tessa for letting us be able to design their property for them. We came up with a budget and went to work. We had a few hiccups on the job but overcame them & knocked everything out. We started off by doing a full clean up on the property front and back. After the clean up we got started in the back yard by replacing the existing grass in the back with fresh zoysia sod. Next we installed the flower beds with fresh red mulch. After the flower beds we then installed a fire pit area & covered some of the dead space with pine straw. We wrapped up the back and moved our way to the front. We cleaned all the beds out in the front and installed fresh red mulch. We then installed a new flower bed after we got the designated area prepped and ready. To wrap everything up there was a patch of the lawn that was dying so we put fresh top soil down and replaced the dead grass with fresh zoysia. Want to give a thank you to Mrs Hayter for letting us help get her property back maintained & able to enjoy it. This property had been overgrown for years due to unfortunate circumstances. We came in here and completely went through this property. We started off buying cutting down a few tees and everything that was over grown. Next we went through the whole property and cleaned up all old debris and w**ds out of all the flower beds. Once we got everything cleaned up and freed up space we planted all plants at customers request. To wrap everything we installed a walkway from the driveway to the back porch. I want to thank our wonderful customers Paul & Karin for letting us work on there property. Also want to give a shout out to our team for the great help. There was a bad drainage problem and no where for all the water to go. We did various stages on this project to insure they won’t have any issues in the future. We installed a few French drains, a storm drain, and a grate across the driveway to help drain access water. We look forward to working on more of this property as things come forward.
