Now Hiring! Hardscaping Foreman and Crew members.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscaping Foreman to join our team. As a Hardscaping Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of hardscaping workers in the installation, design, and maintenance of outdoor hardscaping features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other structures made from various materials.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of hardscaping workers, including assigning tasks, overseeing work quality, and providing guidance and training as needed
Read and interpret design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of hardscaping features
Ensure all work is completed safely up to industry standards
Perform regular maintenance and repairs to hardscaping features, as needed
Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardscaping installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of various hardscaping materials and installation methods
Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Position: Hardscaping Crew Member
We are seeking hardworking and skilled Hardscaping Crew Members to join our team. As a Hardscaping Crew Member, you will work alongside a team of professionals to install, design, and maintain outdoor hardscaping features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other structures made from various materials.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardscaping features, including digging, laying stones, and applying finishing touches
Operate various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
Perform other duties as assigned by the Hardscaping Foreman or Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hardscaping installation and maintenance
Knowledge of various hardscaping materials and installation methods preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
Willingness to learn and improve skills
